  • Description:  Gray Jays will eat a variety of human foods. They love dog food and peanut butter. In camp grounds, they can be quite friendly. Not as afraid of humans as most birds. The grey jay, also gray jay, Canada jay, camp robber, or whisky jack, is a passerine bird of the family Corvidae. It is found in boreal forests of North America north to the tree line, and in the Rocky Mountains subalpine zone south to New Mexico and Arizona. They are non-migratory.
