  • Description:  The Firehole River is fed by the runoff of hot springs, so on a cool fall morning the river creates it's own fog. I was lucky enough to be able to capture a herd of bison crossing the Firehole in this misty atmosphere. NOTE FROM WRP: This scene is all about the atmosphere and composition so there isn't any detail in the actual bison when viewed close up at full rtesolution.
