I have loved photography for many years and started out as a teenager with a Zenit E SLR and a darkroom in the bathroom, but have now embraced the digital age with a Canon 7D Mark ii and a Canon 5D Mark iii, plus a variety of professional grade lenses. I am an active member of The Guild of Photographers and enjoy entering their competitions and undergoing their training. I have recently gained "Qualified Status" with them, which involved submitting a panel of 21 images for scrutiny by a group of some of the country's top photographers.

I have won numerous photography competitions and have had my work exhibited and published in magazines and newspapers including Dogs Today magazine and the Daily Mail.

I enjoy photographing a wide variety of subjects, but wildlife and dogs will always be my passion.
